The trip began in Ilhabela when we towed our catamaran to Vina del Mar. This was the longest of the trips in terms of distance. We sailed 17 thousand kilometers until we reached the East Coast of Australia. The distances between the islands in Polynesia were one of the biggest challenges, as it was the first time we sailed without seeing land for 19 days.
